Verified delivery, checkout, return and company information for ONE PEN SG orders in Singapore.

Is Singapore delivery free?

We offer three delivery options at checkout, based on package weight and order value:

• Economy (Free, 5–8 business days) — no minimum order required
• Standard ($2–$15 SGD depending on package weight, 3–5 business days) — free on orders of $80 SGD and above
• Express ($4–$25 SGD depending on package weight, 1–2 business days) — free on orders of $100 SGD and above

The available delivery methods and final charge are confirmed at checkout before payment.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days before dispatch. Delivery time after dispatch depends on the option selected at checkout: Economy (5–8 business days), Standard (3–5 business days), or Express (1–2 business days).

Where are orders fulfilled?

Online orders are fulfilled from a local Singapore fulfilment location. The fulfilment location is separate from the company address.

What if my order arrives damaged, leaking or incorrect?

Contact support@onepensg.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or videos of the item and packaging.

Can I return an unopened product?

A return request may be accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Please read the current Refund Policy before sending anything back.

What is the company address?

ONE PEN SG is operated by 91 TRADERS PTE. LTD. (UEN 202613077D). The company address is 10 Ubi Crescent, #03-56, Ubi Techpark, Singapore 408564. Contact ONE PEN SG before sending a return; the company address is not automatically the return address.
