Shipping policy

ONE PEN SG fulfils online orders from a local Singapore fulfilment location.

Singapore delivery

We offer three delivery options for online orders in the store's Domestic Singapore shipping zone:

- Economy (Free, 5–8 business days) — no minimum order required
- Standard ($2–$15 SGD depending on package weight, 3–5 business days) — free on orders of $80 SGD and above
- Express ($4–$25 SGD depending on package weight, 1–2 business days) — free on orders of $100 SGD and above

Processing and delivery time

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes another 2–3 business days after processing. Most orders arrive within 3–5 business days.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by order volume, address access, public holidays or events outside our reasonable control.

Delivery details and order issues

Please provide a complete Singapore delivery address and contact number at checkout. If an order arrives damaged, leaking or incorrect, contact support@onepensg.com within 3 days of delivery with the order number and clear photos or videos.
